You are fully responsible for all shipping and handling charges on items purchased. You can choose to pick up personally if you are within Onitsha or use a delivery service of your choice. We can also recommend a reliable and affordable 3rd party logistics person to assist you with delivering your purchase (This applies only for orders placed via WhatsApp from the website).
We try to meet the stipulated delivery timelines, but delays from the courier company may arise due to unforeseen circumstances, faulty dispatch motorcycles/vehicles, vehicle arrests by road agencies, accidents, flood, holidays, weekend structure, bad weather, etc. Refer to our terms and conditions for more information on this.
If you’re experiencing any problems with your order delivery, please let us know immediately and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Note that all items purchased as stated on our website cannot be returned.

Once the order is processed, in production or sent out, it can’t be cancelled anymore.
If an item must be returned due to non-disclosure of any defect on our part, pictures of the items must be sent to us via email and WhatsApp as the case maybe for proper investigation. The return must be made within 7 days before the refund process is initiated. All returned items must be sent in their original condition and packaging.
Once we confirm your returned item is in the same condition it was before shipping it to you, refunds for the full amount of your order (exclusive of shipping and delivery) are processed within 3 – 5 business days. Please have your order number and relevant order details available for refunds. Your refund will be done via the same payment method used to make the original purchase on our website.
Goods damaged on transit cannot be returned, the logistics company is held responsible for the damages.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
Depending on products ordered, it takes an average of 3 – 5 business days for products ordered from within Onitsha on anniemarieng.com to ship and be delivered. If you are ordering from other Nigerian cities outside Onitsha, orders may spend extra 2 – 5 business days on transit. International orders may take 14 – 21 business days.
HOW MUCH ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
anniemarieng.com delivers items purchased on the website across Nigeria. Delivery charge is dependent on your location within the country. The prices on products are exclusive of shipping cost unless otherwise mentioned.
HOW WILL THE DELIVERY BE DONE?
Depending on your delivery address, we process our deliveries through anniemarieng.com Courier and GIGL.
ARE PRICES INCLUSIVE OF VAT?
No, we charge a VAT of 7.5% on all costs. This is remitted to the Nigerian Federal Inland Revenue Services according to the Law.
DOES ANNIE MARIE DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
anniemarieng.com does not deliver items to locations outside Nigeria on our website currently. However, you can order print products on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the delivery address is within Nigeria. You can also place your order via WhatsApp and an international courier company of your choice would be used to deliver the item to you.
WHAT IS ANNIE MARIE’S RETURN POLICY?
We offer a standard 7 day return policy for eligible print items in case you need to make a return and request a reprint. To return any item purchased from anniemarieng.com, kindly ensure the item is in line with the conditions in this Return Policy.
